Sembcorp secures an EPCI contract in Australia

Sembcorp Marine Ltd (together with its subsidiaries, the Group), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sembcorp Marine Offshore Platforms Pte. Ltd. (SMOP) has entered into an Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) contract with a major energy company for a gas topsides project in Australia. Work on the Topsides will be for four years. The contract is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Group for the year ending 31 December 2022.
