Self-tapping thread inserts

Kerb Konus (UK) will be using the Interplas 2005 exhibition at the NEC from the 4th to the 6th of October 2005 to demonstrate their full range of threaded fasteners and installation equipment. They will host the first public airing of the new linear arm system for installing the Kerb Konus range of Ensat self-tapping thread inserts. Ensats are available in a range of materials including brass, hardened steel and stainless steel. The new system can install inserts from M2 to M30 into any material without the need for expensive compressed air and messing about with clutch keys and torque settings. The system can also be configured to prevent the wrong tool being used with the wrong program.
