Zhejiang Zhongda Special Steel Co. Ltd has begun the first stage production of its CNY 60 million nuclear stainless seamless steel pipe project which will bring CNY 0.4 billion of sales and CNY 28 million of tax each year to the local government. The company may pour nearly CNY 0.15 billion into the second-stage project construction.
