When BIBUS HOLDING AG acquired the majority shares of S+D SPEZIALSTAHL almost two years ago the synergies and opportunities resulting from the merger were clear to all involved. Both companies have benefitted from the groups combined knowledge, experience and complementing stock portfolios uniting to create a unique offering in the field of high performance materials.
Both BIBUS HOLDING AG and S+D METALS are owner-managed family-owned companies with many years of expertise in the field of high-performance materials. The natural progression is to present the successful merger to the wider world with a joint appearance and adaption of the corporate identity of S+D SPEZIALSTAHL to that of the BIBUS METALS GROUP …. S+D SPEZIALSTAHL becomes S+D METALS. The companies will be exhibiting together with BIBUS METALS Group at Stainless Steel World 2019 from 26-28 November where they will also introduce our new company logo.
