The Schulz group was awarded by Dodsal Engineering and Construction PTE. LTD for the supply of fittings and pipes to be installed in ADCO’S Rumaitha/Shanayel facilities.
The Rumaitha/ Shanayel Oil Field is located onshore about 50 km south west of Abu Dhabi. It is equipped with a 133 km oil and gas export pipeline, 270 km of gas-, water- and production pipelines as well as several processing units, Wells Tie-Ins and other equipment.
Schulz scope of work consists in its main part in the supply of 8 km 4” sch120 seamless pipes made from Nickel Alloy 625 in double random lengths and an important fitting package with carbon steel-, stainless steel- and high nickel alloy fittings. This double digit million USD order is already the second big order in nickel alloys since the last 12 months for SXP, the fairly young seamless pipe mill from Schulz in Tunica, USA.
The fitting package will be manufactured in the mill at the Schulz headquarter in Krefeld, Germany.
