The Schulz Group has appointed Dr Iris Rommerskirchen as the new senior vice president, Business and Product Development, as part of the management team effective 19 January 2015.
Dr Rommerskirchen is an experienced executive with a special expert knowledge about applications, behavior, properties and fabrication of corrosion resistant materials, Duplex-, Superduplex- and clad pipes. She is a welcome speaker at technical conferences all around the world giving technical papers about her huge practical experience in material science and corrosion resistance. She is a member of several internationally acting steering committees as well as deputy chairman of the German Society of Corrosion (GfKorr e. V.).
During the last 14 years, Rommerskirchen was the managing director for the BUTTING group, covering technical and commercial responsibilities.
