Schoeller invests in new high-performance sawing center

Schoeller Werk continues the gradual modernization of its machinery: the specialist for longitudinally welded stainless steel tubes has invested in another high-performance sawing center. Among others, a system for tube end machining is integrated in the new sawing cell. Schoeller Werk customers thus receive all machining steps from a single source.

Schoeller Werk is constantly upgrading its machinery to continue meeting the permanently growing demand for longitudinally welded or redrawn stainless steel tubes currently and also in the future. The new high-performance sawing center by Rattunde is specially rated to the high demands of the automotive industry. The system is deployed particularly for producing conduit and fuel tubes made of stainless steel. Schoeller Werk uses the system to process tubes of diameters between 8 and 10 mm.
