Salzgitter Mannesmann Stainless Tubes (SMST-Tubes) has announced a price increase of six per cent for all the instrumentation tubes range and the small diameter pipes. This will be applicable with immediate effect. The company reported that this measure became absolutely necessary owing to the very long lead time that was not manageable any more. This measure will ensure that SMST-Tubes can continue to support with the same level of quality and service, their important and loyal distribution customers.
