Linn High Therm has introduced a new gas chamber furnace, the KS-80 S, with multi function unit SE 402, 2-zone control, burning-off device, flame supervision with safety packet, gas warning system, and control cabinet with integrated heat exchanger Chamber furnace series KS-S with gas-tight muffle was designed for application under protective gas atmosphere up to 1050°C. Useful in laboratory and production. A special application of this series is soldering and annealing of workpieces under protective gas, scaling – free treatment of sensitive steel qualities, also debindering and sintering of materials, and oxydation or reduction of components and many more operational ranges under protective gas. A wide selection of options enables a univerasal application: Inconelmuffle for a maximum operating temperature of 1100°C; 3-zone control; gas feeding, burning-off device and flame supervision; gas ventilation; safety packet; fast cooling; gas warning system.
