Goldsmith Agio Helms has announced the completed sale of its client, Precision Stainless Inc., headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, to ITT Industries Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of Precision,” commented William F. Sharpe III, a director with Goldsmith Agio Helms, “ITT has acquired a leading manufacturer of custom designed and fabricated stainless steel processing equipment for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and beverage, semiconductor and chemical industries, that will complement ITT’s experience in the valve and process systems market.”
