Posco has announced that the company has formed a strategic alliance with South Korea’s Daihan Electric Wire in a bid to expand stainless steel production. Under the agreement signed late September, Posco will use Daihan’s production facility next year and buy a 19.9% stake in a stainless steel unit to be split off from Daihan.
