PANHANDLE OIL AND GAS INC. has announced that Robert O. Lorenz will be retiring from its Board of Directors in March 2019. In compliance with the Companyâs Bylaws, Mr. Lorenz was not eligible to serve another term due to age limitations. Mr. Lorenz has served as a Director of Panhandle since 2003 and has served as the Boardâs Lead Independent Director since Nov. 1, 2008.
In anticipation of Mr. Lorenzâs retirement, the Board named Chad L. Stephens III as Lead Independent Director effective Oct. 1, 2018. Mr. Stephens joined Panhandleâs Board in 2017.
