Pétrolia restructures management team

Pétrolia announced the appointment of a new board member as well as the restructuring of its management team in order to continue the implementation of its business plan. These decisions are expected to improve resource allocation and help the Corporation to fulfil its role as operator of the Anticosti project while also pursuing its objectives in the Haldimand and Bourque projects.

Martin Bélanger was appointed as a director of Pétrolia. Bélanger is currently director of oil pipelines and commercial operations engineering at TransCanada Pipelines. In addition, as major activities will take place at Haldimand and Anticosti projects in particular, Mabrouk Ouederni has been promoted to operations manager and Jean-Yves Laliberté has been appointed manager of Health, Safety, Environment and Regulatory Affairs.
