Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) announced the appointment of Nasser D. Al-Mahasher as President and CEO.
Mr. Al-Mahasher has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from East Michigan University in USA, a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University, Michigan, and an Executive MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Switzerland. He joined Saudi Aramco in 1990 and has worked in a number of divisions, including refining technologies, operations, project management, marketing and international refining. In 2012, he was appointed President & CEO of S-Oil in South Korea, and in 2015 he was made Adjunct Professor of Chemical & Biological Engineering by Seoul National University in South Korea.
