PD-39X pressure transmitter

Keller’s new PD-39X differential pressure transmitter employs two absolute pressure sensors to measure system line pressures P1 and P2. The digital subtraction of line pressure P1 from P2 provides a stable differential output signal with high overpressure protection, up to 60 times differential range. The two 316L stainless steel sensors are digitally corrected for repeatable errors of non-linearity and temperature effects using modern micro-controller techniques. This results in a Total Error Band of 0.2% FS over a compensated temperature range of -10 to +80C, dependent on the line to differential pressure ratio. Differential pressure ranges are available from 200mbar with output as a 4 to 20mA or 0 to 10V analogue signal. As standard, the PD-39X also includes a bus capable RS485 digital interface that enables measurement of line pressure P1, line pressure P2, differential pressure P1-P2 and sensor temperatures T1 and T2. The PD-39X is available in industrial housings with options of process and electrical connections or can be offered as an OEM alternative for assembly into customer housings or installations.
