Paramjit Kahlon, Vice President of ArcelorMittal and member of the Group Management Committee, has recently been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of ArcelorMittal CIS (PJSC âArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rihâ?, Ukraine and JSC âArcelorMittal Temirtauâ?, Kazakhstan), effective 1st May 2016. He will report to Davinder Chugh, Senior Executive Vice President of ArcelorMittal and Chief Executive Officer of Africa and CIS (ACIS) region.
Paramjit Kahlon was appointed to ArcelorMittal Group Management Committee in 2015. The Group Management Committee provides support to the CEO Office and Executive Officers of ArcelorMittal. He has over 20 yearsâ experience in the steel industry. Before his appointment as CEO of PJSC âArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rihâ? in 2015, he worked as chief operating officer (COO) at the plant.
