The Bosch group appointed Swedish company Ovako as the preferred supplier for 2014 in the material group Steel.
The certificate is awarded to suppliers who are considered key partners for the future success of Bosch and who provide outstanding performance when it comes to manufacturing and delivering products or services – especially as regards quality, pricing, reliability, technology and ongoing improvements. This is the seventh year in a row that Ovako was awarded the ‘Preferred Supplier’ title by Bosch. Ovako delivers the isotropic quality IQ-Steel in grades Ovako 803Q and Ovako 824Q tailored for diesel injection parts manufactured by Bosch. Ovako is also a supplier of other steel types and qualities such as bearing steel.
