As of 1 May 2010, at the latest, Mr Kari Parvento will be appointed Executive Vice President – Group Sales and Marketing and a member of Outokumpu Group’s Executive Committee. He will report to CEO Juha Rantanen and will succeed Mr Bo Annvik who has headed the Group’s Sales and Marketing function on a temporary basis since February 2009 in addition to his permanent duties as EVP – Specialty Stainless. Mr Parvento will be based initially at the Group head office in Finland but will relocate to the Group Sales and Marketing head office in Brussels during 2010.
