Onet Technologies acquires Fromeca to enhance precision machining capabilities

Onet Technologies has strengthened its industrial development strategy with the acquisition of Fromeca, a specialist in precision machining. The acquisition aligns with Onet Technologies’ strategic focus on preparing for the next-generation nuclear industry and completes the group’s capabilities in manufacturing complex components.

Fromeca brings expertise in machining traditional materials and advanced alloys, including stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel, complementing the mechanical welding and boiler-making expertise already present at SDMS.

This move comes amid accelerating growth in the nuclear, defense, aerospace, and large scientific instrument sectors, where supply chain management, “right first time” quality, and innovation are critical success factors.
