Sandvik President and CEO Olof Faxander has been nominated for the prestigious diversity award – CEO driving Diversity – run by Sweden’s Management Magazine ‘Manager’.

Sandvik has a clear focus on diversity and inclusion, which means respecting and leveraging employees’ personal and cultural differences. Olof Faxander has been recognised for Sandvik’s clear strategy and targets for diversity and inclusion, which include increasing the share of women in managerial positions globally in the organisation.
The winner of the CEO driving Diversity award will be announced 18 March 2015.
