NPCIL approval for Remi’s instrumentation tubes

Remi – an Indian stainless steel tubes and pipes company – received approval from India’s major thermal and nuclear power companies for its seamless, welded and welded cold drawn (WCD) Heat Exchanger HP Heater U Bent tubes for use in places where the temperatures (390°C) and pressures (~600Kg/cm2) are super critical.

Remi has also been approved by the Government of India’s Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL) to supply instrumentation tubes. These developments have been possible due to the recent upgrade of Bright Annealing Furnace & Ultrasonic Testing Equipment, undertaken at the Tarapur works.
