NovAseptic has created an aseptic solution for mix volumes as small as 2 litres, while at the same time facilitating cleaning in place and eliminating the need to weld any component parts within the vessel bottom dished end. This single piece dished end (incorporating magnetically driven mixer and outlet valve) is manufactured from a single piece of material (stainless steel, Hasteloy or other materials on request) and is completely drainable. The diameter of the complete unit has a diameter of 160mm, making the vessel completely portable. All the standard NovAseptic mixer and valve options are available as part of the assembly. The unit is provided with a comprehensive range of documentation including material certificates for all product contact parts and quality control release documents.
