NLMK Board of Directors confirmed the expansion of the company’s Management Board from eight members to ten as a result of the inclusion of Ilya Guschin, vice president for Sales and Sergei Likharev, vice president for Logistics.
The Board will continue to be led by President Oleg Bagrin. The other members of the NLMK Group Management Board are: Alexander Burayev, director for Long Products and Metalware; Brijesh Kumar Garg, vice president, Procurement; Yuri Larin, vice president, Technology Development & Operational Efficiency; Alexander Saprykin, vice president, Strategic Raw Materials Division; Grigory Fedorishin, vice president, Finance; Sergey Filatov, managing director; and Stanislav Tsyrlin, vice president, Human Resources and Management System.
The Board of Directors also approved the draft consolidated budget of NLMK Group for 2015.
