Nizhnekamsk refinery

Tatneft (Tatarstan, Russia) will invest more than 2.6 billion rubles in the construction of a deep refining complex and gas complex at the Nizhnekamsk Oil Refinery this year, according to a source at the refinery. The company will invest 1.6 billion rubles in the base complex. This complex will have capacity for 7 million tonnes of oil a year and is expected to reach full capacity in 2003. Tatneft will provide more than 1 billion rubles to build the deep refining complex that will have capacity for 7 million tonnes of oil a year, including 270 million rubles in construction and installation work.
