Dwyer Instruments Inc. has released of its new Series 608 Differential pressure transmitter. The Series 608 is a FM approved transmitter that provides an accurate solution when monitoring low differential pressures. The silicone diaphragm can detect down to one micron of deflection, while withstanding up to 100psig of static pressure. The Series 608 features a standard 2-wire, 4 to 20mA output and NEMA 4X stainless steel housing. Full scale accuracies of 0.25% and 0.5% are available on ranges of 0 to 0.1â? w.c. up to 0 to 25â? w.c including compound ranges. This transmitter design is suitable in pharmaceutical, process plant, and other hazardous location applications.
