As of 16 December 2002 a new office in Amersfoort will accommodate Thermo Ramsey, Thermo ONIX, Thermo NORAN, Thermo Moisture Systems, Thermo LabSystems and Thermo MeasureTech Europe. These will all be merged into one new entity, Thermo Electron BV. There will be no new changes in management, sales or service.
