New service centre in the UK

ThyssenKrupp Stainless AG is expanding its range of services and developing new markets. The new service centre being officially opened in Birmingham, UK, on 24 November 2006 will add new processing capacities and a large storage facility to the company’s existing sales organization. The UK’s second largest city, Birmingham is a major centre for the steel industry. From here ThyssenKrupp Stainless UK, a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp Stainless International GmbH, will serve the increasingly important British market for stainless flat products.
