Hydra-Flex, Inc., has announced the worldwide release of a new line of nozzles designed specifically for the industrial cleaning industry – the Aqua-Rocket™ Industrial Turbo Nozzle. With its improved impingement and stream quality, these nozzles allow the operator to easily attack the toughest dirt and grime.
Designed for durability, these heavy-duty nozzles are constructed with stainless steel housings and tungsten carbide nozzle tips and seats to withstand harsh environments and provide longer life than ceramic nozzles. The nozzle is equipped with a high-temperature, drop-resistant cover for longer life and less maintenance.
During development, special focus was placed on optimizing the stream quality of the nozzles, resulting in their superior cleaning performance. In lab tests, Hydra-Flex’s Aqua-Rocket™ nozzle was run alongside competitor nozzles, with measurable results showing the Aqua-Rocket™, on average, applied 95.18% greater impingement force than competitors. During life testing, each nozzle rotor traveled the equivalent of a distance of 6,292.5 miles without failure.
