Bummash has announced that it has mastered production of seamless thick wall pipes of stainless and heat resistant steel for deep oil refining units. Until now seamless hot-formed high-alloyed pipes of diameter over 530mm were only produced in Russia. These pipes are manufactured of steel 08H18N10T, 12H18N10T etc. of diameter 273mm to 820mm with wall thickness 10mm to 50mm and length up to 6000mm. There is a permission of Rostechnadzor for the products. The management of the company is making its main efforts to produce centrifugal casting. Currently a number of new technologies for pipe production for various applications are being mastered at the plant. In the nearest future the plant plans to start oil pipes production of steel grade 15H5M, a pipe production technology for pipes of diameter 400mm to 800mm and length to 6000mm of steel 16GS and 15H1M1F is being mastered for nuclear and heat power industry.
