New fuel cell projects for Europe

FuelCell Energy Inc. partner, the MTU Friedrichshafen unit of DaimlerChrysler, has announced that it will deliver seven new fuel cell power plants in Europe starting later this year. The 250 kW power plants are based on the Direct FuelCell(R) (DFC(R)) technology and will utilise fuel cells manufactured at FuelCell Energy’s Connecticut manufacturing facility.
