Saudi Aramco appointed Motassim Al Maashouq as VP of new business development and Khalid Al Dabbagh as treasurer of the company. Maashouq has worked for Aramco since 1984 in corporate planning. His positions include president and chief executive officer of Petron, Aramco’s affiliate in the Philippines, chairman of Luberef and board member of PetroRabigh. Dabbagh served as president and CEO of Aramco Services subsidiary company, Saudi Petroleum International. He has held several positions including executive director of marketing, supply and JV coordination, manager of crude oil sales and marketing, and board director of Showa Shell, Fujian Refining and Petrochemical Company, Luberef, SUMED and Saudi Aramco Investment Management Company. He was also vice chairman of Sinopec SenMei Products Company.
