The Primeroyal dosing pumps range, deployed on tough metering applications in the chemical and process industries, has been extended following the introduction of two new models, the Primeroyal L and N versions. Available from Milton Roy UK, these pumps are designed around the simple concept of a variable eccentric mechanism, ensuring very easy maintenance. Also, other design modifications ensure a more compact pump so it occupies a smaller footprint whilst also meeting the requirements of HPI, CPI, boiler feed water treatment and municipal water treatment markets. These new models provide flow rates up to 4410 l/h at pressures to 500 bar for the L model, with flow rates up to 8929 l/h and pressures to 500 bar for the N version. The main material / hydraulic configurations for these pumps are 316 stainless steel, PVC, PVDF hydraulically actuated diaphragm liquid ends with a PTFE or stainless steel diaphragm.
