Titanium Metals Corp. has named Mr Steven Watson chief executive, replacing Mr Harold Simmons, who will remain chairman of the board. The company also promoted Mr Christian Leonhard, the president and COO of its European unit, to global president and chief operating officer. The company also said it would relocate during 2006 from Denver to either Dallas or Morgantown, Pennsylvania, USA.
