Steve Bohnenkamp, Plymouth Tube Co.’s Vice President, Sales and Marketing, has announced a new boiler tube sales team of Sue Hood and Dawn Phillips. Sue Hood will act as Sales Associate assisting customers with application issues to offer innovative ideas to help increase efficiency. With over 26 years of experience in the steel industry, Sue will provide service to multiple levels of an organization to better uncover customer needs and new tubing solutions. Sue Hood has been a member of Plymouth Tube Co. as an inside sales representative for the past 5 years. Dawn Phillips joins the team as Customer Service Representative providing quick response on order requests to insure high customer satisfaction. Dawn Phillips has been a member of Plymouth Tube Co. for 21 years and has experience at both the Hot Mill and Cold Draw mill in various departments such as finishing, inspection and cut off and most recently worked as Cold Draw materials coordinator.
