IPP Group are pleased to announce the following appointments within the company.
Ian Loftus has taken on the role of Production Manager for IPP Scomark with total control of the IPP Scomark shop floor. Ian has spent five years working for a worldwide aerospace manufacturer, most recently running a department of over 100 employees. He holds a first class master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has had many years’ experience in manufacturing.
Giorgio Quarterio has been appointed Business Development Manager for IPP’s Mardale division. With a background in the oil & gas industry as a Sales Area Manager for a large flange manufacturer, Giorgio has built a strong clientele base within the UK/Norwegian and US/Australia markets and will bring his knowledge and contacts, together with his relationships with main traders and stockholders, to continue to steer IPP Mardale in the right direction.
Irfan Moughal has rejoined the Group as Business Development Manager covering the Middle Eastern regions. Irfan has previously worked for the IPP Group and has total experience in dealing with these markets. He has gained an impressive client base with strong relationships and will develop sales in the Middle East and Indian markets, working alongside IPP’s Middle East office to support, strengthen and grow their local presence.
Paula Thompson has been appointed as Group Quality Manager for the IPP Group. Paula has many years’ experience of developing and maintaining quality systems. Until recently she worked in the rail industry, responsible for the quality management systems of a global supplier for track maintenance. Paula will maintain and develop the ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2 certified Quality Management Systems throughout the IPP Group companies in the UK.
