On 17 May 2010 Metso’s Mining and Construction Technology’s new office facilities in York, Pennsylvania, USA, was inaugurated by Metso’s President and CEO Jorma Eloranta. The new office premises support Metso’s capability to serve its mining customers globally and in the US market. The 7000m2 of new office space will provide employment opportunities for over 300 people. Metso has altogether approximately 2800 employees in the USA.
