McDermott International, Inc. has elected Francis (Frank) S. Kalman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, replacing Bruce F. Longaker, Jr., who has submitted his resignation, effective 28 February. Kalman, who has 28 years of financial experience in a variety of industries and businesses, is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vector ESP, an information technology service provider based in Houston. In his
career, Kalman has been involved in industry consolidations, initial public offerings, arranging and negotiating complex financing packages in public and private markets (including debt restructurings), executing and financing leveraged buyouts, and conducting significant acquisition and disposition transactions.
