Long-term pipe contracts for TMK IPSCO from Shell

TMK IPSCO, the North American division of global pipe manufacturer TMK, has been awarded two three-year contracts to provide oil country tubular goods (OCTG) and line pipe to Shell for onshore and offshore applications.
 

TMK IPSCO is one of the largest North American producers of welded and seamless pipe and premium connections for the oil and gas industry. Five of TMK IPSCO’s plants currently provide pipe to Shell under the OCTG contract. These include plants in Ambridge and Koppel, Pennsylvania; Wilder, Kentucky; Blytheville, Arkansas; and Baytown, Texas. TMK IPSCO delivers welded and seamless OCTG as well as TMK UP brand DQX premium connections currently. TMK’s Volzhsky and Sinarsky mills in Russia will provide line pipe under Shell’s specification.
