Specialty tubing manufacturer RathGibson Inc. has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection under a heavy debt load. The Lincolnshire-based company began reorganization proceedings in US Bankruptcy Court in Delaware in what it hopes will result in significantly reducing the company’s debt burden.
