Kvaerner completes sale to Voith

Kvaerner, the international engineering and construction group, has announced that it has completed the sale of the Recycling and Dewatering activities of Kvaerner Pulp & Paper to Voith Paper Holding GmbH of Germany. The net cash consideration for the sale amounts to approximately NOK 50 million, of which approximately NOK 15 million is to be
paid later, following the resolution of closing accounts. Voith Paper and Kvaerner’s Fiberline Division are continuing to investigate further co-operation possibilities within the Pulp and Paper business.
