Krogman Metals has set an ambitious target: achieving an annual turnover of at least 90,000 tonnes across its affiliated companies within the next three years. With 2024 already surpassing 28,000 tonnes, this goal appears well within reach. Central to this strategy is the company’s commitment to comprehensive stock management solutions, designed to mitigate client risk and ensure uninterrupted supply chains.
“The investments we made last year, along with the new facilities we have opened, will be instrumental in reaching our target,” says CEO Furkan Beltek. Beyond its competitive pricing and expedited lead times, Krogman’s global reach is a key differentiator. With thirteen distribution centres and multiple warehouses worldwide, the company is strategically positioned to meet evolving customer demands. Combined with a focus on building strong relationships, its expansive network strengthens Krogman’s ability to provide a seamless, customer-centric experience.
New Rotterdam warehouse

Krogman Metals has significantly expanded its presence in Rotterdam, more than doubling its warehouse capacity to better serve the Dutch end-user market. Spanning over 2,500m², the state-of-the-art facility integrates two advanced operational systems designed for maximum efficiency and seamless order processing.
“As soon as an order is placed, our system autonomously manages every step—from documentation and picking to loading—ensuring optimal accuracy and service excellence,” explains Furkan.
The fully automated CRM system minimises human intervention, virtually eliminating errors while accelerating order fulfilment. This has been particularly transformative for supplying small quantities to end-user clients in the Netherlands and Germany, enabling fast, hassle-free deliveries. Now fully operational, the system allows Krogman Metals to target buyers who value the flexibility of sourcing small volumes of stainless steel flat products. “Our local account managers are deeply attuned to market trends, and we anticipate that the Dutch end-user segment will drive our most significant growth this year,” Furkan adds.
Serving a high-value market segment, Krogman’s key customers include metal processors such as fabricators and laser-cutting companies, primarily sourcing stainless steel sheets and coils.
“We remain committed to prioritising customer needs with tailored solutions,” Furkan emphasises. “Our dedicated trucks ensure one-day delivery, reinforcing our reputation for speed and reliability in the market.”
Strategic global expansion
Krogman Metals continues to strengthen its position as a key supplier to large, reputable wholesalers and traders worldwide. “Our global stock network allows us to bridge the gap between Asian and European manufacturers and major importers, positioning us as a critical intermediary in the stainless steel supply chain,” explains Furkan. Krogman Metal’s primary customer base comprises established stockists in strategic markets such as Germany, UK, Brazil, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Portugal, Poland, Canada, and Colombia. Additionally, the company supplies stainless steel to emerging markets, including Algeria, Egypt, Bosnia, Serbia, Albania, and Moldova, further expanding its international footprint. With a global workforce, Krogman Metals ensures localised support, offering seamless communication and service in customers’ native languages. “In addition to our established sales teams and offices in Turkey, Germany, Italy, Morocco, and the Netherlands, we expanded into North America in 2024 with a dedicated office and warehouse facility in Canada, staffed by a five-member team to support our growing client base,” Furkan notes. Recognising South America’s growth potential, Krogman has also set its sights on Brazil— the world’s fifth-largest stainless steel market. “We’ve been supplying major Brazilian importers and traders for years, but our new office in São Paulo, opened this year, allows us to deepen our engagement and explore further opportunities. While unlocking the full potential of this market will take time, we see significant long-term growth prospects,” Furkan adds.
Morocco: growing capacity and service offerings
Krogman Metals has reinforced its presence in Morocco, building on the success of its Casablanca office, which was established in 2023. This year, the company has relocated to a larger facility and expanded its commercial team to four members, reflecting strong market demand. Initially focused on second-quality stainless products, Krogman has now introduced prime-quality stainless steel to its Moroccan portfolio, further broadening its offering. “Morocco is a niche market with strategic advantages for us,” explains Furkan.

Europe: strengthening market presence
Krogman Metals continues to expand its footprint across Europe, building on the success of its home market in the Netherlands.
Strategic growth in Spain – Recognising Spain as a key market, Krogman has established a new office in Barcelona— a strategic hub that enhances accessibility for clients across the region. “Transportation costs from the Netherlands to Spain remain high, so maintaining local stock in Spain will unlock significant opportunities for us,” explains Furkan. “Our Southern European account manager is relocating to Barcelona to lead the office and strengthen our team. By leveraging efficient port logistics, we can streamline material transport to our warehouse, significantly improving delivery speed and service levels.”
Expanding operations in Germany – Germany remains one of Krogman’s fastest-growing markets, with the company reporting an impressive 50%annual growth in turnover. “We’ve expanded our team in Germany and are executing a dual-channel strategy—supplying both major distributors and end users directly. This approach has been highly effective, broadening our customer base and diversifying our engagement across multiple industries,” Furkan notes.
Strengthening partnerships in Italy – In Italy, Krogman has secured contracts with leading service centres and traders, driving robust market expansion. “We are focused on building long-term relationships with our Italian clients and aim to become their primary stainless steel supplier,” Furkan adds.
With strategic investments in key European markets, Krogman Metals continues to enhance its reach, optimise logistics, and reinforce its position as a trusted partner in stainless steel distribution.
Expanding product range to meet market demands
Krogman Metals offers a diverse and versatile product portfolio designed to meet the needs of a wide range of industries. The company supplies both prime and second-grade stainless steel sheets and coils, tailored to various specifications and applications.
“We provide an extensive selection of grades, including 304L, 316L, 430, 321, and 409L, covering both austenitic and ferritic stainless steel compositions,” explains Furkan.
“Our core product range spans thicknesses from 0.20mm to 6mm, though we can source materials up to 20mm when required. This breadth of supply ensures we can offer targeted solutions for clients across multiple sectors.”
To further expand its market reach, Krogman has recently introduced 2000mm wide cold-rolled coils and sheets as well as 8mm, 10mm, and 15mm hot-rolled coils and sheets options. “This strategic addition allows us to enter new market segments, responding directly to customer demand,” Furkan notes.
A key pillar of Krogman’s offering is its second-grade stainless steel products, which provide cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality. “Second-grade materials represent a significant segment of our business, allowing customers to optimise costs while maintaining performance standards,” Furkan adds. “Meanwhile, our prime materials are sourced from leading mills in Asia and Europe, ensuring consistency and reliability.”
With its broad product range, commitment to flexibility, and responsiveness to industry needs, Krogman Metals continues to strengthen its position as a preferred supplier in the global stainless steel market.

Investing in people: strengthening the global team
After a year of significant investment in facilities and equipment, Krogman Metals is now turning its focus to expanding its global team. “Currently, we employ 42 people, but by the end of this year, that number will grow to approximately 52,” says Furkan. “This expansion underscores our unwavering commitment to customer engagement, where personal connections remain
a crucial aspect of our service philosophy.”
Since its founding just eight years ago, Krogman Metals has maintained steady and strategic growth—a trajectory it intends to continue for years to come. “Our success so far has been a tremendous motivator for our team,” Furkan adds. “Many of our competitors are long-established firms that have reached a plateau, lacking the same drive to actively seek new clients. Our team, by contrast, is young, energetic, and proactive. We’re willing to put in the effort to build relationships with even the smallest customers—because today’s small buyers can evolve into major industry players.”
Krogman Metals continues to challenge the status quo, leveraging its agility and ambition to drive long-term success.
Future vision: accelerating growth and market leadership
Following a dynamic year of expansion, one might expect Krogman Metals to take a step back—but Furkan remains firmly in growth mode, with an ambitious roadmap for the future.
“Looking ahead to the next five years, our goal is to further establish Krogman as a recognised and respected brand across the European market,” Furkan explains. “We are committed to becoming a premier supplier of flat stainless steel products, and there is no intention of slowing down. The progress we’ve made over the past eight years has laid a strong foundation, and I am confident that in the coming years, we will solidify our position in stainless steel distribution.”
With a strategic focus on brand recognition, market expansion, and diversification, Krogman Metals is poised for continued growth, reinforcing its role as a driving force in the global stainless steel industry.
