Jindal Stainless Ltd (JSL) has informed that its board of directors at a meeting held on 2 September 2006 have decided to elevate Mr VS Jain as Managing Director & CEO of the company with immediate effect. JSL also informed that Mr B D Gupta has been inducted as additional Director.
