Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL), one of India’s leading stainless steel manufacturers, has launched ‘JSL Saathi Pragati’, the country’s first major loyalty programme for the stainless steel Pipes & Tubes (P&T) segment. The initiative is designed to empower retailers and fabricators, key stakeholders in the value chain, by offering structured rewards, exclusive benefits, and a seamless digital experience while promoting product authenticity.
Building on the earlier Jindal Saathi Seal initiative, which helps customers and trade partners easily identify genuine stainless steel products, JSL Saathi Pragati combines authenticity assurance with a structured engagement model for retailers and fabricators. The programme has already onboarded over 30,000 participants, reflecting strong acceptance and market relevance.
In addition to rewards and benefits, the programme supports skill development in the stainless steel fabrication community, aligning with Jindal Stainless’ long-standing commitment to industry advancement and customer support.
