JFE Shoji Trade Cooperation (JFE Shoji) has integrated its Steel Bar and Wire Rod Organization. In detail, JFE Shoji will conclude an agreement with JFE Shoji Trade Steel Construction Material Corporation and JFE Shoji Wire Trade Co, subsidiaries of JFE Shoji, to acquire the steel bar and wire rod department of JFE Shoji Trade Steel Construction Material and JFE Shoji Wire Trade. Through this acquisition, the organisation of steel bar and wire rod in JFE Shoji group is integrated under Steel bar, Wire Rod & Iron Powder Department of JFE Shoji. This new organisation will commence operations as of 1 April 2015.
JFE Shoji group have been promoting the business for these products through three sales organisations: Steel bar, Wire Rod & Iron Powder Dept. JFE Shoji decided to integrate its organisation of Steel Bar & Wire Rod to establish a new organisation with knowledge and experience of these products, and to assign adequate persons into both domestic and overseas bases. Through this new organisation, JFE Shoji Group will proceed to service, which covers supply through to processing steel bars and wire rods, and convey more added values.
