Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has announced that its Canadian subsidiary received a contract to support Canadian Natural Resources Ltd’s (CNRL) development of the Horizon Oil Sands Project in Northern Alberta, Canada. Officials estimate the value of the Horizon Oil Sands Project between USD 3.4 billion and USD 5.1 billion. Jacobs is executing the design work on the support facilities for the bitumen upgrader.
