Iran is considering expanding its giant South Pars gas field by up to 30 phases, the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries’ official news agency, Opecna, reported. The Pars field is shared by Iran and Qatar, with gas reserves in Iran’s share of the field – South Pars – estimated at 464 trillion cubic feet.
