Thetford Marine has announced that Tecma has extended its product portfolio of the Tecma Sanisplit NK with the stainless steel Sanisplit NKS. The new submersible stainless steel grey water transfer system, the Tecma Sanisplit NKS can offer a solution for any position on-board above or below sea level.
The Tecma Sanisplit NKS is explosion proof and submersible, IP67 rated, which means that this product is perfectly suitable for waterproof installations. The Sanisplit NK (above sea level) and the Sanisplit NKS (below sea level) are complementary to the range of on-board grey water transfer systems. As the grey water system Sanisplit NKS is meant for lower deck hatches or engine room installations, product quality and reliability are key. Therefore the Sanisplit NKS is certified according to ISO 8846:1990.
Another strength of the Sanisplit grey water system is the patented splittable system. The removable part of the Sanisplit NK, which contains the pump and the pressure switch, can be rapidly disengaged from the fixed parts which makes maintenance and service easy. For the Sanisplit NKS this approach remains the same once the stainless steel cover is detached. And the hose need not be disconnected.
