Indian Oil Corporation Ltd has named Rashmi Govil as its new Director of Human Resources.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Rashmi started her journey with the petroleum refinery company in 1994 as the Deputy Manager of Employee Relations. Since then, she has advanced through various leadership positions, building a strong foundation of expertise in employee relations, compensation and benefits, and strategic HR. Rashmi’s career began as a Management Trainee at Shcil Services, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and human resource management.
Amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Rashmi demonstrated her leadership skills by spearheading numerous HR policies aimed at promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. Her contributions during this critical period underscore her commitment to driving organizational success while prioritizing the welfare of the workforce.
