Hubei Jinyu New Energy Shipbuilding Co. successfully recently held the signing ceremony for the ship factory construction project.
At the ceremony, representatives from City Investment Company, Guangji Xinneng Shipbuilding, and Jinyu New Energy Shipbuilding jointly signed the “Construction Project Contract.” This marks the beginning of deep cooperation among the parties to achieve the completion of the Factory of Jinyu New Energy Shipbuilding through resource sharing and complementary advantages.
It is reported that the Hubei Intelligent New Energy Ship Industry Park Project highlights the two main features of intelligent and new energy, integrating new energy ship construction, maintenance, and operation, and focusing on creating a national green and intelligent ship application pioneer area.
The construction of the Hubei Intelligent New Energy Ship Industrial Park project covers the area of hydraulic engineering and intelligent manufacturing, with a total investment of RMB 10bn.
The overall planning of the park covers an area of about 10,000 mu, using 3,000 meters of the Changjiang River coastline. The initial planning construction land scale is about 6,750 mu, using 3,000 meters of the Changjiang River coastline, and planning to build “four districts and one road”. After completion and production, the annual output value is expected to reach more than RMB 10bn, creating about 30,000 jobs and realizing about RMB 1bn in tax revenue.
