Green light for Japanese stainless

The United States International Trade Commission (ITC) has made a negative determination in connection with the second remand of its final anti-dumping investigation into circular seamless stainless steel hollow products imported from Japan. The Commission found no material injury or threatened injury associated with hollow steel products imported from Japan that the US Department of Commerce determined were sold in the USA at less than fair value. The ITC’s determination on second remand will be delivered to the CIT by 26 August 2002.
